After the second step, the candidate will have to make a payment for the Application Form and the cost of counseling. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

On the first page, candidate required to fill up all the mandatory field:
Academic details should be in ascending order.
Verify before submitting the form.
It cannot be modified once submitted.

On the second page, candidate is required to upload scanned images of duly attested true copies of the following documents:
Passport Photo
GU Resultsheet Note :- Name should be highlighted in the list.
Degree Pass Certificate
Degree Marksheet
MA Pass Certificate (Optional)
MA Marksheet (Optional)
Caste Certificate (Optional)

All documents should be uploaded only in .pdf format except photo as .jpg/.jpeg format and must have sufficient clarity.
F)
File-size of photo should be less than 1MB and documents less than 2MB.
G)
Please use either Black ink or Dark-Blue ink on a White background for the Signature.
H)
On the second page, after each file is uploaded, a preview link would be shown on the page itself. Candidate has to check if the clarity and resolution is sufficient. If candidate is dissatisfied with the clarity and resolution, he/she should select a file with a better resolution and confirm the uploads.
I)
After making the final submission on this page, candidate will not be able to change the files again.
